We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our team has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

	Gina - Office Manager Gina is our Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator. She makes sure our office is running smoothly and also meets with our new patients to coordinate treatment and finances to meet each family's needs. She has been on our team since 2002. When Gina is not at work, she spends time with her husband and two adorable girls. “I love getting to know all of our patients and building relationships with them and their families. I get to watch their smiles change, as well as see how they change in everyday life.”
	Ashlee - Treatment Coordinator Ashlee is the first person our patients meet with when they come in for an exam. Her bubbly personality makes our patients feel right at home. She has been on our team since 2009. Ashlee and her husband have two sweet kids. "I love seeing patients’ smiles transform into the smiles they’ve always wanted."
	Jen - Treatment Coordinator Jen, having twin 1-year-olds, brings her nurturing spirit to work every day. She meets with our new patients and talks them through their treatment plan. Jen joined our team in 2005. Her twin boys keep her and her husband on their toes. "There is nothing more rewarding than meeting with patients and knowing how much we are going to change their life by changing their smile.”
	Debbie - Scheduling Coordinator Debbie always welcomes our patients with a warm smile and friendly hello. She has over 20 years of orthodontic experience and has been with our team since 2004. When Debbie is not at work, she enjoys traveling and sightseeing with her husband. "I love my job because of the people I get to meet. The staff and doctors are fun and great to work with. I love to see our patients’ smiles, especially when treatment is complete."
	Janeice - Clinical Assistant Janeice devotes her days to making sure that our schedule runs smoothly and each patient's treatment needs are met. Janeice joined the team in 2006. When she's not at work, she and her husband love watching their three kids play sports. "I really enjoy working with our patients and helping to create a change that will impact their lives forever."
	Wendy - Clinical Assistant Wendy's outgoing spirit carries over to each patient she greets. Wendy has worked for Dr. Davis since 2008. Wendy loves spending time with her husband and spunky daughter. "My favorite part of my job is getting the opportunity to help so many wonderful families."
	Jackie - Clinical Assistant Jackie is very understanding of each and every patient's needs. She is a Clinical Assistant and our SureSmile Coordinator. Jackie joined the team in 2008. She has two cute little girls and a boyfriend. "My job is very fulfilling and we have an awesome team!"
	Melissa - Clinical Assistant Melissa’s calm demeanor puts our patients at ease and makes them feel comfortable. She has been on our team since 2008. Melissa has a great husband and a son. "My favorite part of my job is making beautiful smiles!"
	Kati - Clinical Assistant Kati welcomes all of our patients to the clinic with her warm smile. She has been with Dr. Davis since 2006. Kati and her husband just welcomed an adorable baby girl into their family. “My favorite part of my job is seeing our patients grow and change.”
	Jacob – Lab Technician Jacob makes all of our appliances and retainers for our patients. Jacob joined our team in 2005. When he’s not at work, he’s busy hanging out with his family and friends and playing sports. “I enjoy working in the lab and knowing that my contribution is helping our patients, even after they get their braces off.”
