I find it personally and professionally rewarding to be able to help patients of all ages achieve beautiful smiles that can improve their self-image and increase their self-confidence. To do this, I’ve made sure that I have the education and advanced training patients can feel confident in.
Dr. DavisYou might say Dr. Davis was born with a passion for orthodontia. It’s in his blood. His dad was a great orthodontist.

While Dr. Davis loves living and practicing in his hometown of Mesa, he also has an office in Chandler.
Gina is our Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator. She makes sure our office is running smoothly and also meets with our new patients to coordinate treatment and finances to meet each family’s needs. She has been on our team since 2002. Gina loves to spend time with her husband and two adorable girls. “I love getting to know all of our patients and building relationships with them and their families. I get to watch their smiles change, as well as see how they change in everyday life.”
Ashlee wears two hats — one with working with new patients and their families and the other helping to share all the great points about Nathan Davis Orthodontics with dentists and the community. Her bubbly personality makes our patients feel right at home. She has worked on our team on and off since 2004. Ashlee and her husband have three sweet kids. She enjoys crafts, cooking and exercise. "I love seeing patients' smiles transform into the smiles they've always wanted."
Debbie always welcomes our patients with a warm smile and friendly hello. She has over 20 years of orthodontic experience and has been with our team since 2004. She enjoys traveling and sightseeing with her husband. "I love my job because of the people I get to meet. The staff and doctors are fun and great to work with. I love to see our patients' smiles, when treatment is complete."
Cindy has worked in the dental field for over 20 years. She joined our team in 2012. “I enjoy meeting and interacting with patients and their families. They share wonderful stories with me. I love to see our patient's progress and feel great about being part of a wonderful team.” Cindy likes to spend quality time with her husband and three kids. She also enjoys exercise, hiking and hopes to take golf lessons soon.
Desirae has worked in the dental field for 4 years and joined our team in 2016. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their little boy. She also enjoys shopping and being outdoors.
Sarah has been in the orthodontic field for 7 years. She loves spending time with her husband, 3 children and 3 grandchildren. “My favorite part of my job is getting to work with our fun and caring staff and patients.”
Janeice devotes her days to making sure that our schedule runs smoothly and each patient's treatment needs are met. Janeice joined the team in 2006. She and her husband are fitness buffs and they enjoy watching their three kids play sports. "I really enjoy working with our patients and helping to create a change that will impact their lives forever."
Kati welcomes all of our patients to the clinic with her warm smile. She has been with Dr. Davis since 2006. Kati enjoys spending time with her husband and children. "My favorite part of my job is seeing our patients grow and change."
Wendy's outgoing spirit carries over to each patient she greets. Wendy has worked for Dr. Davis since 2008. Wendy loves spending time with her husband and spunky daughter. "My favorite part of my job is getting the opportunity to help so many wonderful families."
Jackie is very understanding of each and every patient's needs. She also is the SureSmile Coordinator. Jackie joined the team in 2008. She is married and has three girls. "My job is very fulfilling and we have an awesome team!"
Megan has been in the orthodontic field for 22 years. She is originally from the San Diego area, and relocated to Arizona in 2013. She joined the team here at Davis Orthodontics in 2015. She is married with two active boys at home. When not at work she enjoys relaxing with friends and family, and doing home projects. The best part of her job is being a part of improving someone's self esteem and making them smile.
Michelle has been assisting in orthodontics since 1988 and joined our team in 2015. Originally from the Bay Area, she enjoys traveling home when she can, listening to all genres of music and spending time with family and friends. "The best part of my job is being of service to others on a daily basis."
Rachel joined our team in 2015. Along with being an assistant here in the office, she is also a full-time college student. In her free time she enjoys playing volleyball, and spending time with friends and family. "My favorite part of my job is helping Dr. Davis create such beautiful smiles on our awesome patients.”
